With over three decades of leadership in healthcare innovation, Lu Ann Talley is a recognized expert in telehealth and digital health strategy. 

Currently, Lu Ann specializes in guiding health systems, digital health startups, and investors to design and scale virtual care and hybrid care models that improve patient outcomes and drive sustainable growth.

Her expertise spans virtual-first and hybrid care design, payer-provider alignment, AI in healthcare, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market strategies. Lu Ann is passionate about advancing high-quality, affordable healthcare globally through innovative, patient-centered care models.

Previously, as Vice President of Strategy & Innovation at Teladoc Health, Lu Ann led transformative virtual care initiatives for hospitals and health systems, delivering solutions that serve over 93 million members worldwide. Their work included developing strategic partnerships, authoring key playbooks on virtual health maturity, and advancing integrated care models aligned with the Quintuple Aim. 

Prior to Teladoc, she was the Chief Strategy Officer for Providence, a Partner at KPMG Healthcare Consulting, and has held strategy roles at Children’s Hospital of Orange County, Dignity Health, and Kaiser Permanente.

Passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare access and quality, Lu Ann is also a member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation, advancing the role of women executives in health care.
