Go-To-Market Strategy and Sales Pipeline Development

A start-up financial optimization company was looking to validate their go-to- market strategy and build a sales pipeline from ground zero.  


Pivot designed a comprehensive sales strategy/process, recrafted core messaging, and modified the product offering based on market intelligence.  Pivot then helped secure 100 introductory meetings in twelve months to build a pipeline for the newly created sales team.   

Commerical Strategy Brainstorm

A market leading virtual care provider was being impacted by an evolving competitor base and needed to update their commercial strategy and value proposition.  Pivot conducted a Reality Check session simulating a customer pitch session to assess effectiveness and alignment to health system needs.  


The result was a refined market message, a redesigned/simplified pitch deck and a sales tram trained and equipped to meet the changing needs of the customer.  Pivot then created a market-specific outreach strategy to influence awareness and generate new sales opportunities.   

Strategic Planning and Culture Development

 A $6 billion health system saw the opportunity to aggregate its individual pharmacy operations into a newly formed for-profit venture.  Pivot guided leadership to design an effective strategic plan and delivered team training and coaching to coalesce leaders and deliver sustained performance. 


In 12 months, the new venture became the largest revenue generator and most profitable business in the system.   

Sales and Marketing Strategy

A new data start-up focused on reducing hospital acquired infections needed to find its first customer to help scale the business.  Pivot partnered with the founders to redefine the sales/marketing approach.  


In the first four months, Pivot helped secure meetings representing 50 hospital prospects and secured the company's first contracts.   

Commercial Strategy Redesign

 A $5B market-leading home health organization was experiencing stalled sales and needed to shift their strategy from referral only to active sales and marketing.  Pivot assembled a team of eight health system CEOs for a RealityCheck session to assess their approach.  


The result was a compressive sales/marketing and awareness strategy crafted on a refined value proposition that responded to evolving regulatory/market conditions.  The firm then experienced increased deal flow and successful exit for leadership.
