LISA ALLEN
Former CHRO at the American Hospital Association
Lisa Allen is a strategic human resources executive with decades of experience spanning consulting, public policy, media and healthcare. She began her career in compensation and benefits consulting, served as a legislative aide in the US Senate Committee on Labor and Human Resources (Subcommittee on Employment and Productivity) and transitioned into senior HR leadership roles in media organizations and then into CHRO roles at The American Hospital Association as well as large system and standalone healthcare providers.
Lisa is a graduate of Carleton College and Yale University School of Management. Currently, she resides in San Diego California.
