John is a healthcare executive with over twenty-five years of experience in medical device and pharmaceutical sales, strategic account management, planning, market research and product management. He has extensive experience representing his corporate organizations for their entire portfolio of products and services to the C-Suite at Strategic IDs, Group Purchasing Organizations, Payers and Physician Groups. The major objective of these roles was to identify and implement mutually beneficial collaborations that reduced total costs, increased revenue, improved the quality of care and patient outcomes. His experience includes both a U.S and Global focus and has worked for Cardinal Health, Pfizer, Boston Scientific, Johnson and Johnson and the American Heart Association.
His key areas of expertise include enterprise sales, business development, national account management, managed care, health economics, outcomes research, strategic marketing, and market research. This experience includes extensive work in new product development for new medical devices and working closely with physician key opinion leaders in major academic medical centers globally. He has also created innovative collaborations with major IDNs that increased revenue, reduced supply chain costs, and improved quality care for both the IDN customer and client organizations.
John has also served on the national advisory boards of the University of Texas, Arlington, School of Business, the Arizona State University, Center of Services Leadership and AdvaMed, Chairperson, Vendor Credentialing.
Completed advanced leadership certificates at the Columbia University College of Business, Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.
John received a bachelor's degree in economics from Syracuse University, a master's degree in public administration from the University of South Carolina and an MBA in marketing and finance from the Claremont Graduate University
