Tony Burke is a nationally recognized healthcare executive and strategist with more than 30 years of experience driving innovation, growth, and digital transformation across the healthcare ecosystem.

As Chief Executive Officer of Pivot Health Advisors, Tony leads a team of senior advisors—former CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and CMOs from the nation’s leading health systems—helping provider organizations, payers, and digital health innovators navigate the complex intersection of healthcare delivery, technology adoption, and market evolution.

Under his leadership, Pivot Health Advisors has become a trusted partner to leading hospitals, payers, and startups—guiding strategy development, market validation, and go-to-market execution for transformative health technologies, telemedicine models, and AI-enabled solutions. Tony focuses on aligning innovation with operational and financial performance to ensure transformation delivers measurable outcomes for patients and organizations alike.

In addition to his role at Pivot, Tony serves as Principal at MedClario.AI, advancing integrated pharmacy ecosystem solutions that improve outcomes and reduce costs for patients and providers.

Previously, Tony served as Senior Vice President of Health System Partnerships at Teladoc Health, where he led national strategies to advance virtual care adoption and digital front-door initiatives. He also spent over 18 years with the American Hospital Association (AHA), serving as President and CEO of AHA Solutions and AHA SmartMarket, connecting hospitals with innovative technology and service partners.

Earlier in his career, Tony held leadership roles with Sara Lee Corporation, Financial Shares Corporation, and Hill & Knowlton, building expertise in brand strategy, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
