TIM STEFFL

Tim Steffl was recently the President and CEO of the dental technology company, ADA Business Innovation

Group (ADABIG). 

He was responsible for establishing short and long-term profitability and scalable growth of the for-profit subsidiary of the American Dental Association, which include developing a business portfolio of companies by partnering, developing or acquiring innovative organizations in the dental space. Tim was also responsible for creating a strategy for growing and scaling the current product in the ADABIG portfolio, ADA Practice Transitions, that helps match dentists looking to either purchase or sell a dental practice.

Prior to his current role at ADABIG Tim served as the Vice President of Strategic Development and Finance of Delta Dental Plans Association, where he provided strategic oversight and leadership to multiple

functions within the association. 

In addition, he served for 16 years with the American Hospital Association, as the Chief Operating &  Development Officer and Vice President for AHA Solutions/Health Forum where he ran the

for-profit endorsement company of the AHA and founded, launched and ran three start-up organizations.

Tim is also a Mentor at MATTER (a Chicago based healthcare incubator and accelerator) where he

provides business expertise to start-up organizations in the health care space.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in finance from The Ohio

State University.
