Nicole Klinkhamer

Nicole Klinkhamer is a healthcare marketing and event strategy professional with extensive experience driving organizational growth, brand visibility, and stakeholder engagement. 

With a strong foundation in healthcare, nonprofit, and B2B marketing, she brings a consultative approach to every project, connecting strategy, operations, and execution for measurable impact.

Currently at Pivot Health Advisors, she manages the digital health team, executive coordination, CRM and database strategy, and client engagement initiatives, optimizing workflows for C-suite healthcare executives and supporting high-value consultative services.

Previously, as Executive Director and Co-Founder of ProActive Kids Foundation, she grew a single volunteer-led program into eight fully funded Chicagoland sites at hosptials including Northwestern, Loyola, and Advocate Children's Hospital, serving hundreds of overweight children annually. She oversaw all aspects of operations, marketing, program development, and stakeholder partnerships, while implementing data-driven approaches to measure outcomes and optimize impact of the childhood obesity crisis.

Earlier, at the American Hospital Association, she led large-scale healthcare events and tradeshows—including HIMSS, CHIME, and AHIMA—targeting C-suite hospital executives. She managed full-cycle event strategy, logistics, marketing, and ROI measurement, successfully delivering visibility, lead generation, and partner satisfaction at scale.

She has also contributed in marketing, PR, and project management roles with organizations including Macon Raine, focusing on digital strategy, website development, and client engagement campaigns.

Nicole is also currently active in the elementary community as 5th Grade Girl Scout leader, PTO Vice President, and manages the 30-bed school garden and orchard. Since 2019, she has actively been involved in dog rescue through Rescued Rascals in an awareness and leadership role as well as actively fosters dogs in her home.
