NICOLE KLINKHAMER

Nicole Klinkhamer serves as Operations and Marketing Coordinator for Pivot Health Advisors, where she plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s advisor network, client engagement, and business development efforts. Nicole manages the coordination of Pivot’s national network of healthcare executives and advisors, ensuring seamless scheduling, communications, and engagement across client projects, strategic discussions, and market outreach initiatives.

With deep experience in marketing operations and CRM systems, Nicole oversees the firm’s digital infrastructure, including CRM management, website operations, and marketing automation tools that support sales outreach and relationship management with health system leaders and healthcare innovators. She helps drive Pivot’s marketing and communications efforts through website development, content creation, email campaigns, and targeted outreach designed to connect with hospital executives and healthcare companies.

Nicole also provides operational support that helps keep Pivot’s advisory network highly organized and responsive, coordinating meetings, managing sales pipelines, and supporting business development activities that enable the firm to maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Prior to joining Pivot Health Advisors, Nicole was the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the ProActive Kids Foundation, where she successfully scaled a community health initiative to multiple locations across the Chicago region in partnership with leading health systems. Earlier in her career, she led event strategy and national marketing programs for the American Hospital Association, coordinating executive-level conferences and industry events that brought together hospital leaders from across the country.
