Maximillian Maile is a healthcare innovation and digital transformation leader with deep experience designing and scaling technology-enabled care models inside major health systems.
As Senior Vice President of Digital Health at Parkview Health, Max led the organization’s enterprise digital transformation strategy—integrating advanced technologies with patient-centered design to modernize access, engagement, and care delivery. Under his leadership, Parkview’s Epic MyChart platform achieved global recognition as the highest-ranked “Diamond” organization in 2025, reflecting industry-leading digital patient engagement.
Max has spearheaded large-scale AI and virtual care initiatives, including the implementation of a system-wide digital front door that significantly improved patient access, engagement, and operational efficiency. His work has focused on translating emerging technologies into scalable, compliant solutions that deliver measurable value for health systems.
A trusted advisor to CIOs, boards, and executive leadership teams, Max brings expertise in AI governance frameworks, Microsoft Copilot implementations, and intelligent agentic workflows, ensuring alignment with CMS, HIPAA, and enterprise security standards. He has chaired enterprise AI steering committees, embedded digital capabilities into value-based care programs, and built strategic partnerships that drive both clinical and financial performance.
Prior to his current role, Max served as Vice President of Virtual Health & Telemedicine at Parkview Health, where he led the organization’s virtual care strategy and integrated telemedicine into core clinical operations across the system. Earlier, as Director of Virtual Health, he refined telehealth delivery models, improved patient satisfaction, and positioned Parkview as a regional leader in digital care.
Earlier in his career, Max served as Vice President of PPG Specialties, overseeing specialty care operations and leading quality and efficiency improvements across multiple service lines.
Before joining Parkview, he held innovation and business development roles in healthcare technology, including Chief Proximity Officer at Indicator, where he advanced proximity-based patient engagement tools, and leadership roles supporting commercialization of dental imaging technologies. He also founded West Michigan BioDiesel, demonstrating early entrepreneurial leadership in sustainability and operational strategy.
