Lu Ann Talley is a nationally recognized healthcare strategist with more than three decades of experience advancing digital health innovation, virtual care strategy, and large-scale healthcare transformation.
Lu Ann works with health systems, digital health companies, and investors to design and scale virtual-first and hybrid care models that improve access, enhance patient outcomes, and support sustainable growth in an evolving healthcare landscape. Her expertise spans digital care strategy, payer-provider alignment, AI-enabled healthcare solutions, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market strategy for emerging health technologies.
Previously, as Vice President of Strategy & Innovation at Teladoc Health, Lu Ann led transformative virtual care initiatives for hospitals and health systems, supporting solutions that now serve more than 93 million members worldwide. Her work included developing health system partnerships, authoring industry playbooks on virtual health maturity, and advancing integrated care models aligned with the Quintuple Aim—improving patient experience, clinical outcomes, clinician well-being, cost efficiency, and health equity.
Earlier in her career, Lu Ann served as Chief Strategy Officer for Providence, where she helped shape enterprise growth strategy and innovation initiatives for one of the nation’s largest health systems. She has also held leadership roles as a Partner at KPMG Healthcare Consulting and senior strategy positions at Children’s Hospital of Orange County, Dignity Health, and Kaiser Permanente, where she guided organizations through complex market shifts, care model innovation, and digital transformation.
Across every stage of her career, Lu Ann has focused on helping healthcare organizations translate emerging technologies into scalable, patient-centered care models that strengthen access, improve quality, and accelerate system-wide transformation.
She is also an active member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation, supporting the advancement of women executives and leadership development across the healthcare industry.
