Harry is best known for serving as Chief Medical Officer and Group Vice President of Walgreens, where he led enterprise-wide clinical strategy, health outcomes research, innovation evaluation, and digital health initiatives. During his tenure, he built one of the industry's most respected clinical outcomes organizations, directing more than 60 health outcomes studies and helping shape Walgreens' national healthcare strategy, partnerships, and technology investments.
Throughout his career, Harry has held senior executive roles with organizations including Gelesis, Ameritox, XLHealth, AposHealth, NSight Health, and SPARK Neuro. He has also served as a board member, strategic advisor, mentor, and investor advisor to numerous healthcare and digital health companies, providing guidance on commercialization, clinical validation, market adoption, payer strategy, and growth.
As Founder of Leider Healthcare Solutions, Harry developed the "Good Ideas to Great Healthcare Companies" Commercial Readiness Framework, helping healthcare innovators align clinical evidence, economic value, payer strategy, and commercialization models to accelerate adoption and scale.
