Christian is a nationally recognized digital health and telehealth strategist who helps hospitals rapidly implement, optimize, and scale virtual care programs that improve patient access, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes. Guided by his belief that “the problem in healthcare is not the lack of innovation, but the lack of expedient and sustainable innovation adoption,” Christian works with health systems across the United States to move telehealth initiatives from concept to measurable impact—often in weeks rather than months.

With more than 20 years of healthcare experience spanning primary care, behavioral health, and specialty care, Christian partners with hospital leaders to design and operationalize practical digital care models that integrate seamlessly into clinical workflows. His work focuses on helping organizations develop strategy, build business plans, design effective solutions, and operationalize programs that deliver lasting value for both patients and providers.

Trained as an engineer in Germany, Christian brings a unique blend of technical expertise and healthcare operations experience, with early career roles at IBM and the Mayo Clinic before founding Ingenium Digital Health Advisors. He is widely recognized for his thought leadership in telehealth and digital care delivery, having authored more than 330 articles and delivered over 150 webinars, workshops, and podcast appearances on the practical implementation of digital health.
