Client Engagement Executive

 Polly leads with passion and focus, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional client satisfaction. She brings 30 years of professional experience, including operational improvement management, client relations, customer success, and training across various industries (Health Care, Pharma, and Education). 


Polly has an advanced degree in Instructional Systems Development and uses the 5 phased process (from analysis to evaluation) methodology in every engagement to ensure success. 

Prior to Pivot, she was VP Customer Success for physIQ, a Chicago based healthcare technology start-up to provide digital health solutions for clinical trials management. Polly’s healthcare experience includes serving as Director of Clinical Educators for Merz North America; VP Customer Experience for iSirona (now NextHealth), where she led the company to achieve Best in KLAS for 3 consecutive years; and as an Account Director with both the American Hospital Association and the Advisory Board.


Polly also has multiple interests: traveling, biking, and entertaining. She is an amateur photographer with dreams of being an international photo-blogger. Polly is passionate about supporting and mentoring the young women in her life, most notably her nieces and close family friends who rely on her for practical advice about what it takes to succeed as a woman in today’s world.
